Help

Support

We aim to reply within one business day.

PepMe is a small team. The fastest way to get help is to email [email protected] with what you're seeing — a screenshot, the device you're on, and (if you're comfortable sharing) the email on your account.

Tell us what's happening

No autoresponder, no ticket number to quote back at us. If you have an account, the reply also shows up in the app under You → Help & feedback.

Or write to us directly

Common things

Reset your password

Use the forgot-password page on the sign-in screen. The reset link expires after 60 minutes.

Change your nickname, name, or units

Open the avatar in any header (the "You" screen). Name, nickname, email, password, preferred units (metric / imperial), and default dose unit (mcg / mg / IU) all live there.

Change your email

From the "You" screen → Account. We'll send a verification link to the new address; the change takes effect once you click it.

Connect or disconnect a health source

"You" → Health sync. Connect Withings through OAuth on withings.com to import weight and body composition. Disconnecting stops new imports immediately; values already in your dashboard stay until you delete them or the account.

Use the reconstitution calculator

Enter compound mass, BAC water volume, and target dose. PepMe computes concentration (mcg/mL), volume per dose (mL), the syringe-fill percentage, and the unit reading on a U-100 (or U-50 / U-40) insulin syringe. The calculator does not recommend doses — it only does the math on the numbers you enter. Verify every result against another source before acting on it.

Add a progress photo or weight to a journal entry

New entry on the Journal screen — the composer accepts ratings (sleep / energy / mood / pain on 0–10), free-text notes, weight (in your preferred units, stored as kg under the hood), and a progress photo. Photos are private; only you can see them.

Delete your account

"You" → Controls → Delete account, or the public delete-account page. We soft-delete first; your account is recoverable for 30 days by signing back in. After that, the data is hard-deleted from production within 24 hours and removed from rolling backups within 90 days. Progress photos in S3 go with the account.

Export your data

"You" → Export. Bundles everything we hold on you — protocols, journal entries (with photo URLs), bloodwork, settings — into a single download.

Bug reports

If something's broken, please include:

  • Device + OS (iPhone 15 / iOS 18, Pixel 8 / Android 16, Chrome on macOS, etc.)
  • What you tapped + what you expected to happen
  • A screenshot or short screen recording if you can
  • The time it happened (helps us find the request in logs)

Send it to [email protected].

Feature requests + compound additions

We read everything that comes in. To request a compound for the reference catalog, email [email protected] with the name and any references you'd like us to consider. We review weekly. Catalog additions are descriptive only — we don't include dose recommendations.
