Delete your PepMe account

PepMe lets you delete your account at any time, from inside the app or by emailing us if you've uninstalled it. Either path schedules a permanent deletion that runs 30 days later — that window gives you a way back if you change your mind.

Delete from the app

1. Open PepMe on your phone or web (sign in here).
2. Go to You (the rightmost tab, or your profile icon).
3. Scroll to Controls and tap Delete account.
4. Confirm the deletion in the dialog that appears.

We'll send a confirmation email and immediately sign you out. Sign back in within 30 days and your account is restored exactly as you left it.

Delete by email

If you no longer have access to the app, email [email protected] from the address on your PepMe account. Include the line "Please delete my account."

We'll verify the request, schedule the deletion within two business days, and reply with a confirmation. The same 30-day grace window applies — reply to that confirmation if you'd like to keep your account.

What gets deleted

• Your profile, name, email, and password hash
• Every protocol, cycle, compound, and schedule you created
• Every injection you logged and every vial you tracked
• Every journal entry (ratings, notes, weight, progress photos)
• Every bloodwork result you entered
• Health-provider connections (Withings, Apple Health, Health Connect tokens)
• Notifications and auth tokens

What we retain

We keep the minimum we need to meet legal obligations and to protect the service from abuse:

• Aggregated, non-personal usage metrics (counts; never tied back to you)
• Operational logs scrubbed of personal data after 30 days
• Tax and billing records for any paid subscriptions, retained for the period required by tax law (typically seven years)
• If we received a law-enforcement preservation request, the specific data named in that request — for the duration the law requires
