For clinics · Founding clinic programme

Your patients’ dose logs, off paper and on your screen.

Patients log every dose in PepMe, free. They choose what to share with your clinic, and your staff see it in one console: who is on schedule, who has fallen behind, and when their bloodwork was last drawn.

$0 for your clinic for the first year. $0 for your patients while they share with you.

How it works

From the first invite to a full patient list.

  1. 01

Apply and we set you up

Tell us about your clinic. We review every application by hand and sign a business associate agreement with you before your console opens.

  2. 02

    Invite your patients

Send an invitation from the console, or give patients your clinic code to enter in the app. You accept each request before anything is shared.

  3. 03

    They choose what to share

Protocol, bloodwork and journal, each set to not shared, view only, or view and edit. They can change it or stop at any time.

  4. 04

You see it in one place

Doses, schedules, adherence and lab results for every patient who shares with you, between visits instead of at them.

The clinic console

Everything your patients share, in one place.

Patient list

Know who has fallen behind before the next visit.

Every patient who shares their protocol shows the share of due doses they logged over the last 14 days, their last dose, and when their bloodwork was last drawn. Filter to the ones who need a look.

  • Adherence over 14 days, the same number the patient sees
  • Flags in plain facts, like “1 of 2 doses logged in 14 days”
  • Bloodwork older than 90 days called out
  • Requests from patients who entered your code, to accept or decline
Patient record

Their protocol, doses and labs, as they logged them.

Open a patient to see exactly what they shared. Where they allowed it, your staff can update a schedule or add a lab result, and the patient sees every change you make, labelled with your clinic’s name.

  • Protocol, dose history, bloodwork and journal in tabs
  • Edits only where the patient granted edit access
  • Every change kept with who made it and what it was before
  • The journal stays read-only, always: it is the patient’s own voice
Clinical notes

Keep your own notes alongside their record.

Write what you discussed and what you noticed. Notes are private to your clinic’s staff, encrypted at rest, and never shown to the patient. Corrections are a new note, the way a paper chart works.

  • Visible to everyone on your clinic’s staff
  • Never shown to the patient, never sent as a notification
  • Author and time on every note
Access log

See who opened which record, and when.

Every view, change and refused request by your staff is written to a log that nobody can edit. Owners can filter it by staff member or patient. Patients can see their own side of it in the app.

  • Two-step sign-in for every member of staff
  • Sessions end after 30 minutes idle
  • Refusals logged too, not just successful views
Where we draw the line

What PepMe will never do.

Suggest a dose

PepMe records what a patient was given and reminds them when the next dose is due. It never recommends, titrates or adjusts. Your protocol stays yours.

Sell or share patient data

No data sales and no ad trackers. Records reach a clinic only because the patient chose that clinic, and they can see every time it looked.

Put health details in a notification

Reminders for patients who share with a clinic never name the compound, and invitation emails never name the clinic. A lock screen is not private.

What it costs

Free while we prove it works for you.

We’re taking a small group of founding clinics. Here is the whole arrangement.

Your clinic
$0 for 12 months

The full console for your whole staff. After the first year, clinics pay per active patient in the console. We’ll agree that price with you before your year ends, and you can leave at any point.

Your patients
$0 while they share with you

Your clinic covers their PepMe once you accept them. If they stop sharing, it stays free for 30 more days. Everything they logged is always theirs to read and export.

Questions clinics ask

Before you apply.

How is patient data protected?

Every member of your staff signs in with a password and an authenticator code, and console sessions end after 30 minutes idle. Journal entries and clinical notes are encrypted at rest. Every view and change is written to an access log nobody can edit, and the console carries no analytics. We sign a business associate agreement with each clinic before its console opens.

Can my staff change a patient’s protocol?

Only where the patient gave your clinic edit access. The change is labelled with your clinic’s name in their app, and the previous value is kept. PepMe itself never suggests a change.

Do patients need an iPhone?

PepMe is on the App Store, works in any browser at pepme.health, and is in testing on Android. Your console runs in the browser on any computer.

What do you need from us to start?

A PepMe account for whoever will own the clinic’s console, an authenticator app on their phone, and a signed business associate agreement. You add the rest of your staff yourself.

What happens to patients if we leave?

Their records stay theirs, in their app. PepMe stays free for them for 30 days, then they can subscribe or keep reading and exporting what they logged at no cost.

Become a founding clinic.

Apply from the clinic console in a couple of minutes. You’ll need a PepMe account with your work email.
